I've set the default countries as countries that either have tracking, or I've shipped to before. Please contact me and we can sort out a custom order!
Where is my order?
You will receive a shipping notification email when your item is shipped. It will come with a tracking number (if you have selected tracking). Tracking can take up to 48 hrs to appear on the USPS site, so please be patient :)
I used the wrong address. Can I change it?
Please contact me ASAP with your order number and the correct address. I often ship on the same day as I receive an order - once an order has been shipped, I will not be able to edit the address.
I need something by a certain date.
I don't run the Post Office; therefore, I cannot guarantee any arrival dates, especially around the holidays. But I'll always make an effort to ship items as soon as possible!
Because of the nature of my items, I'm not able to accept returns. However, if something is wrong with your order, please contact me within 48 hours of receipt and I'll be happy to help!
If a package has been sent back to me, I can reship it back to you by request - you only need to repay the shipping fee if the contents are still intact.
Allow time for international packages to go through customs. Rest assured I'll be tracking your package with you :)
